Responsibilities:Driving XP owns the end-to-end driving experience for Drivers. We are looking for a product manager who brings exceptional problem solving, communication and analytical skills to drive a best in class driving experience that leads the industry. This PM will drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for delivering a great end-to-end driving experience. They will also heavily collaborate with other teams to ensure that we build a holistic experience across org lines.
- Deliver a shared vision and strategy for a fantastic driving XP across orgs that motivates and inspires your team, peers, and leadership
- Set team's goals, success metrics and roadmap and collaborate effectively across functions and orgs. Lead and align cross-functional partners and teams: engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and operations
- Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a broad set of audiences from partner teams to executive levels
- Completely own your team's products, existing or new, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance
- 3+ years of experience building customer-facing products as a PM.Strong user empathy. Be customer obsessed!
- Experience building alignment and confidence in driving and influencing decision making across org lines and with senior leadership.
- Experience communicating product strategy to all audiences (e.g. partner teams, senior leadership, engineers).
- Excellent product judgment and thoughtfulness when balancing a flawless user experience and the needs of a two sided marketplace.

Starting in September 2023, this role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected base pay range for this position in the US is $126,360 - $180,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
