We planted our roots in Newark, New Jersey during the Great Depression, selling premium nuts on Mulberry Street's open-air market. Product teams at Nuts.com are cross-functional, working across the whole gamut of our organization, principally partnering with design and engineering and collaborating very closely with marketing, merchandising, data, customer experience, operations, and divisions, like Gifting and B2B. We’re a small but nimble bunch that exercises significant influence over the entirety of our customer experience. Product teams are responsible for the entire lifecycle of product development, from discovery to delivery and on through iteration. We’re data-driven, prioritize performance over vanity metrics, and focus on real impact to both our customer and the company.
The role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Gifting and B2B squads. As the name suggests, this team is responsible for our digital shopping experience for gifting and businesses, accounting for a significant portion of company revenue. These two segments share a tremendous amount of overlap and serve as key pillars in our strategic roadmap, having seen significant revenue and profitability growth, and investments into our team, platform and strategy.
This role reports to the Head of Digital Product and partners extremely closely with our Gifting & B2B business units. It’s a high impact position with the opportunity to help craft vision and strategy while simultaneously executing meaningful, metric moving initiatives.
Example projects in our roadmap may include the 0-1 launch of new brands, the development of customized, innovative gift building workflows and the launch of a unique and full-featured business shopping program & experience.
What you'll do:
- Develop an impact-driven roadmap, aligning with your partners in the Gifting & B2B business units as well as other key stakeholders
- Obsessively identify new growth opportunities via quantitative and qualitative research, size them for impact versus investment and prioritize them against all of your other great ideas
- Define the scope for both features & initiatives, clearly articulating customer problems, solutions, driving stakeholder alignment, success metrics and testing plans
- Plan and ruthlessly execute on the product lifecycle, prioritizing and managing both engineering and design sprints to ensure our teams spend their effort creating value
- And anything else that will ensure your products are successful!
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 4 years of relevant product management experience and leading a cross-functional product squad, delivering meaningful impact, defining compelling strategy and both aligning and inspiring partners along the way
- A track record of building, shipping or managing consumer-facing digital products in the e-commerce or marketplaces space; bonus if you you’ve done it for both the D2C & B2B segments
- The ability to quickly pivot from strategic planning to efficient, tactical execution
- The aptitude to prove yourself analytically; if you can’t quantify it, it didn’t happen
- An aptitude for collaboration, communication, relationship building and the ability to inspire others
- A strong customer empathy and a passion for delivering delightful experiences

Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experience and qualifications for the role. Base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include short & long term incentive compensation. In addition, employees are eligible for our standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and 401K match.
