As the eCommerce Solution Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of a scalable eCommerce platform that will support Flo in selling a variety of female health products (boxes, health tests, supplements, wearables) through both web and mobile applications to complement Floâs current offering.Â
Youâll be responsible for shaping the product development strategy from its inception through to the long-term product vision, defining the minimum viable product and continuously evolving the platform to meet future business needs. Collaborating closely with a dedicated team of frontend and backend developers, you will ensure the platform is optimised for seamless growth and user experience.
Additionally, you will work closely with Floâs third-party partnersâsuch as payment processors, logistics providers, and reporting platformsâto ensure smooth integration and maximise operational efficiency.Â
This is a strategic leadership role that offers the opportunity to influence the future direction of eCommerce at Flo and drive a substantial impact on the companyâs growth.
Your Experience
Must have:
- Familiarity with developing the strategy and leading the development of eCommerce platforms as a Product Manager (or equivalent).
- Experience with third-party eCommerce providers such as Amazon, Shopify, Magento, and payment solution providers such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, Klarna, Paypal, âŚÂ
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and coordinate cross-functional teams, driving successful project outcomes.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a track record of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of gathering and interpreting data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing shifting priorities and balancing competing demands.
Nice to have:
- Experience building eCommerce checkout for B2C app businesses
- Experience with eCommerce automation APIs
- Experience in working with eCommerce in a Health setting
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Lead the design, development, and launch of Floâs first eCommerce platform, enabling the sale of physical products through both the mobile and web app. Define a long-term vision for future iterations and enhancements of the solution.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate third-party eCommerce solutions (e.g., eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, logistics, analytics) to build a best-in-class, scalable platform that supports growth and user experience.
- Analyse the technologies, APIs, and systems used by Floâs commercial partners to develop optimal integration strategies that ensure seamless collaboration and smooth functionality.
- Translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements for engineers, while establishing and refining the product development process to ensure efficiency and quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding commercial, product, legal, privacy, and medical departmentsâto gather insights and ensure the eCommerce platform aligns with broader company goals and adheres to industry standards.
- Ensure the eCommerce platform meets the highest levels of security, privacy, and compliance standards, working with legal and privacy teams to address any regulatory considerations.
- Continuously monitor and analyse platform performance, using data and user feedback to iterate on features and improve customer experience.
- Stay informed on eCommerce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and integrate relevant innovations into Floâs platform roadmap.
