Your Role

We are seeking an innovative, energetic, experienced and hands on Sr. Product Manager to join our Global Emerging Technology Team.
The Emerging Technology Product Manager will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction and development of our Emerging Technology portfolio of products, working directly with agile teams, (developers, UI/UX, architects & data scientists) to help build, maintain, and deliver innovative solutions.
This is a hands-on, get stuff done leadership role requiring an active and driven individual with a strong blend of business acumen, technical understanding, AGILE, Cloud and stakeholder management skills.
This role will focus on a variety of products ranging from Generative AI, Metaverse, Tokenization and technical (APIs, Cloud, Data Science) to complex UI based tools focused on B2B and B2C capabilities.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning multiple product roadmaps, prioritization, delivery, and reporting.
- Delivery of internal Web and API client facing solutions at scale with an orientation to standards, stability, and security.
- Creation and tracking of OKRs and metrics to drive prioritization and adoption of initiatives.
- Product backlogs, Sprint planning and the overall quality of the Product delivery process and AGILE adherence
- Seeking and owning internal marketing and communication / presentation opportunities
- Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details.
- Management of Product Managers and matrix management of Engineers, Data Scientists and UX resource on squads.
- Aligning on and resolving priorities and issues with multiple business stakeholders and enterprise technology.
- Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and delivering artefacts as needed.
- Tracking external competitor activity and potential themes and threats to Asset Management and pivot products accordingly.
The experience you bring:
- Strong seasoned experience in delivering enterprise global internal client facing web and API digital tools is required for forward thinking Technologically advanced organizations.
- Translating high-level, complex business needs into functional and non-functional requirements into deliverable Epics, Stories had in hand with the Technical Architects on the team.
- Leading and facilitating design sprints, user research/interviews, workshops, and subsequently leading engineering squads to deliver working software with measurable business value/outcomes.
- Proven ability and DNA to roll up your sleeves, be hands on and get stuff done, driven to see your team succeed.
- Ability to communicate and utilize Jira, working with Scrum masters to understand capacity, and facilitate demand management / funding process for new work.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation.
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, UX and AGILE best practices, foundational knowledge of cloud native full stack development patterns and frameworks.
- Tech savvy in being able to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies, specifically bleeding edge tools such as LangChain.
- Operating and navigating global complex organizations & teams
- Designing and managing a federated / inner source delivery model to scale delivery using resources outside of your direct mandate
- Financial services background, including understanding of portfolio construction, portfolio customization, and mass customization/ personalization of client portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to make good build vs buy vs partnership choices as we initiate new projects, experience working with Global Enterprise Architecture, Cloud & Infrastructure teams.
- Formal education in Technology and experience in product management required
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrated ability in Enterprise Product Management (ideally global)
