Senior Product Manager - Employee Recognition

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Employee Recognition to support our rapidly growing team in Missoula, MT or Seattle, WA. This role will be responsible for discovering market opportunities, identifying and articulating customer problems, evangelizing, and building solutions. The Senior Product Manager defines what to build and when to build it. This is a full-time position and reports to the Director of Product.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Implement discovery processes to demonstrate what we should build, for whom, and why
• Work in partnership with UX, be a passionate advocate for your users. You do right by them, always!
• Partner with engineering to determine the best way to meet product and user requirements
• Define, evangelize, and maintain a product roadmap
• Use Lean practices to create, launch, and iterate
• Manage work across multiple projects based on company needs, priorities and engineering capacity
• Engage company leadership to drive vision, awareness, and excitement for upcoming releases
• Develop, propose, and negotiate product pricing
• Regularly engage with and update stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional teams to guide GTM, training, and rollouts of new products and features
• Mentor team members
• Contribute to improving our product development processes and best practices

You’ll Be Successful With:

• Experience in products that have peer to peer functionality (social networks, chat programs, community forums)
• Ability to work with remote teams
