Senior Product Manager, Enterprise

Summary
Manages the on-going analysis and enhancement design activities for existing payment systems, throughout the product lifecycle. Plans and executes activities in support of system enhancements to include: the diagnosis of need and gathering requirement specifications, enhancement development planning, creation and implementation of a test plan. Ensures on-going product oversight during the development phase and post-facto comparison of solution delivered with the original specifications. Acts as an intermediary between IT and internal clients.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering key product development initiatives as determined by the Product Advisory Council. Evaluates customer and business opportunities and works closely with customers, internal stakeholders and development teams to create appropriate product solutions. When product initiatives are ready for deployment, works with Product Marketing, Marketing and Sales to deliver solutions to market. Will manage one or more Product Owner(s) as assigned. Ideal candidates will have Product Management experience, a track record of working successfully with internal and external stakeholders, strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with customer data analytics tools or Enterprise Accounts Payable a plus.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered, typically a minimum of 8 years
• Related professional experience including a minimum of 2+ years experience in a supervisory position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have Product Management experience, a track record of working successfully with internal and external stakeholders, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with customer data analytics tools or Enterprise Accounts Payable a plus.
