About the role:
As the Senior Product Manager for our Experience Platform team you will be responsible for leading our core platform investments as we continue to drive leverage and value to our product teams. In particular over the next 6-12 months you will be responsible for evangelizing and building out our workflows platform shaping the platform and product into a differentiated and industry-leading workflows building experience. In classic product management fashion you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of your product area alongside this initiative to ensure we are sufficiently supporting the priorities of our product across innovation enhancements and technical debt.
Responsibilities:

Define and evangelize vision strategy and roadmap across the company to build strong alignment drive world-class execution and unlock internal product velocity

Build empathy for customer personas by working directly with customers and internal teams

Own outcomes and be a champion for always refining how to best use our resources in order maximize the returns on our investments and attention

Track industry trends and think strategically to develop solutions that are differentiated from the competition and drive our product and company strategy forward

Leverage data to continually inform product evolution and drive customer adoption of product capabilities

Partner closely with Design and Engineering to research design and build high-quality and reliable product platforms and capabilities with high degrees of product interoperability

Partner closely with Product across CaptivateIQ to ensure a seamless cross-platform experience

Partner closely with Product Marketing Sales and Customer Experience to ensure value is realized by our customers
Requirements:
-
4+ years of product management experience at high-growth product-driven companies (ideally some B2B SaaS)

Experience building platform products and driving platform teams (workflow platform experience a plus but not required)

Excellent pattern recognition and system thinking skills to help see the big picture on our platform problems and capabilities

Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated experience working with technical products

Experience leading teams autonomously and delivering substantial product releases from 0 to 1

Bar-raiser that aims for 10x and differentiated vs 10% and incremental

A do-what-it-takes attitude to ensure your product and team are successful

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

$160000 - $210000 a year
CaptivateIQ takes a market-based approach to pay and the base salary range for this job posting shows the minimum and maximum target starting base salary. The successful candidate’s starting base salary will be determined based on the candidate’s job-related skills relevant experience education work location market conditions and other factors. This range may be modified in the future. Certain positions may be eligible for incentive compensation equity and other benefits.
