Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform decisions
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences
  • Design and oversee A/B tests and other experiments to optimize conversion, retention, and engagement
  • Monitor product KPIs, user behavior, and funnel performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Interface with leadership, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment on priorities and product goals
  • Requirements:

    • 5–7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping successful digital products
    • Experience managing high-traffic consumer web platforms, SaaS, e-commerce, adtech, or subscription businesses
    • Expertise with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
    • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency with product analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel), experimentation tools (Optimizely, VWO), and data visualization (Tableau, Looker)
    • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and CRO strategies
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align teams across all levels
    • Strategic thinker who can also execute tactical work, comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments
    • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
    • Nice-to-have: technical background (developer, data analyst, UX), familiarity with subscription billing or monetization, postgraduate qualification in business, CS, or related field
    • Benefits:

      • Generous training and development budget (10% of annual salary)
      • Flexible and remote working arrangements
      • Company on-sites twice a year and annual company retreat (e.g., Mexico, Dominican Republic)
      • 1 month paid sabbatical after 3 years of service
      • Generous PTO and a day off for your birthday
      • Extended parental leave
      • Health and wellness budget, including health insurance
      • Modern office spaces with latest tech equipment and healthy snacks
