Senior Product Manager - Financial Managment

Rocket Money is on a mission to empower people to take control of their financial lives. As Senior Product Manager of Financial Management you will lead the Financial Journey team in helping users navigate credit debt and investments. Your primary focus will be on tackling high-interest debt—a major obstacle for many Americans—while enabling users to build credit and grow their net worth over time.

ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️

This role is your chance to create innovative tools that inspire users to move their money from “Netflix to net worth.” You’ll work cross-functionally with designers engineers and analysts to develop solutions that guide users toward financial freedom and long-term success. Through A/B testing customer feedback and data-driven insights you’ll identify product opportunities iterate rapidly and deliver measurable impact every month. Specifically you will:

• Own and define the product strategy and roadmap for our Financial Journey team whose mission is to help users navigate complex financial topics like debt credit & investing.

• Drive the relationship with third party partners who can help our customers drive their financial lives forward.

• Deliver a top-notch in-app user experience driven by conversion and retention

• Perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify product opportunities

• Perform A/B tests and rapidly iterate using customer feedback

• Determine KPIs and deliver measurable impact every month

• Partner with engineering design research data & product marketing teams to build software collaboratively and inclusively

ABOUT YOU 🦄 You bring deep empathy but can effectively prioritize with limited resources. You have experience working with internal operations teams and are a natural problem solver. You’ll bring a sense of urgency that matches the incredible opportunity we have ahead of us.

• 4-7 years experience as a product manager or similar role

• Energized by the opportunity to work at a fast-growing startup in a cross-functional environment

• An owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff

• Experience prioritizing initiatives across multiple stakeholders and communicating expectations

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools

• Prior fintech experience a plus but not required

Additional information: Salary range of $140000 - $180000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge skill and experience.
