Senior Product Manager (Gathers)

Our flagship product, the AI Market Researcher, delivers rapid, high-quality market research results. This not only boosts the efficiency of marketing and product teams but also ups team and individual productivity.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager who dares to go beyond average. 

You will:

• develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, including a go-to-market plan for an AI tech product.
• perform market research, identify and cultivate key user segments.
• engage and interview prospective users to gather insights and define product decisions, positioning, messaging.
• build and launch MVP.
• gather, lead, and manage the development team in the early stages, including defining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• build a framework to analyze product metrics, ROI, and LTV. Monitor and analyze product metrics to improve them.
• take ownership of decision-making processes related to product development, including the evaluation of hiring needs and outsourcing opportunities.

About you:

• 3-5+ years in product management.
• experience in building products from zero to one.
• strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• excellent sense of ownership and communication skills.
• experience in building funnels.
• experience with Amplitude/Tableau or other similar tools.
• advanced English.
• AI/ML knowledge is a plus .
