The Role: In this position, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive cross-sell and growth through our product and existing customer base. You will cowork closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and data analytics teams to create, execute, measure, and iterate upon programs to drive growth. In this role, you will take responsibility for the company’s goal of product-generated pipeline and close rate. 

What you will do as a Senior Product Manager, Growth

Recorded Future Intelligence produces accurate and actionable intelligence at scale, delivered in real-time. This includes distilling actionable insights from over 1M sources including deep and dark web, open web, and technical feeds. 

Being in charge of growth means that you will continually use data insights to propose new programs and product workflows to optimize the trial generation and conversion rate. You will be empowered to propose new programs, implement, measure, and iterate. Each week, you will look for small improvements that can have a huge effect as well as progressing larger strategic projects. 

What you will bring to the Senior Product Manager role:

  • Experience working in customer-facing sales or marketing roles
  • Strong analytics skills. You are someone who loves to dive into a spreadsheet and find a pattern
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage from project conception through to completeness
  • Experience and understanding on how to scale a product
  • Awareness of common sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce.com, Hubspot, 6Sense, etc and data analytics tools

  • Travel requirements 10-25% to other offices, customer locations, and events
