Job Description
We are seeking a talented Sr. Product Manager to join our Growth product team, a role that sits at the core of our subscription-based business. This critical role focuses on helping new users experience value faster and develop habits that lead to extended use. The successful candidate will leverage deep understanding of data-driven experimentation, user behavior and market trends to implement an onboarding and activation strategy to set up new users for long-term success.
- Use market data, product results, and customer feedback (internal and external) to identify opportunities to drive customer outcomes.
- Apply the scientific method to develop and test hypotheses, using quantitative and qualitative data to measure product outcomes.
- Collaborate with a product team of developers, designers, and product analysts to deliver high-impact, high-quality solutions.
- Partner with analytics and research teams to better understand what drives our KPIs; be a subject matter on the topic.
- Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces and experiences.
- Define clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- 7+ years of prior experience as a Product Manager and 3+ in a Growth role.
- Proven track record in creating a strategy to move a KPI and successfully doing so.
- Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that is focused on learning as quickly as possible. You should both enjoy and feel confident rolling your sleeves up to own everything from strategy to execution.
- Experience running AB tests and disseminating learnings to the rest of the organization.
- Fluent in self serve analytics tools (Mixpanel / Amplitude), have a solid understanding of metrics / funnels in general.
- Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and finding solutions to complex problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
