Senior Product Manager, Growth Operations Platform

Drive the product roadmap for operations platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.

Gather and analyze platform requirements to optimize processes and identify improvements in business implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including local markets, R&D, and algorithm teams, to enhance the efficiency and performance of platform modules.

Develop and maintain monitoring index systems to track data, driving improvements in product penetration and user satisfaction.

Promote new platform features by providing training and support to local markets, helping them adopt workflows and enhance platform usage.

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and engage stakeholders.

Self-motivated and independent, with a proactive approach to taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.

Analytical mindset with a strong sense of platform products, able to quickly learn and contribute to training and requirement gathering.
