The Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to spearhead our IPFS product (decentralized data storage) focusing on enhancing MetaMask and accelerating dApp development for web3 developers. This role is tailor-made for individuals dedicated to web3 values and excited about pioneering the decentralized data and application space.  You’ll work with a deeply passionate team of engineers and collaborate closely with MetaMask Infura and other teams at Consensys.

Your Mission:

• Vision and Strategy: Craft and steward the vision and strategy for our IPFS decentralized data product. You'll be at the helm guiding strategic decisions that align with our core web3 values and the broader goals of the MetaMask Infura and Linea ecosystems.

• Research and Insight: Delve into the needs and challenges faced by MetaMask product teams web3 developers and end users. Your insights will be instrumental in defining the trajectory of our product development.

• Product Roadmap: Architect a product roadmap detailing critical features and 0-1 product experiments your team will undertake to revolutionize decentralized data storage.

• Collaboration and Execution: Work in lockstep with a dedicated team of engineers Project Management Engineering QA and Go-to-Market teams. Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless alignment across all stages of product development from ideation to release.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-8+ years in Product Management coupled with a robust technical background and a deep understanding of systems and engineering concepts.

• Passion for Web3: A profound familiarity with IPFS technology new emerging trends in decentralized storage and a zeal for all things web3. Your enthusiasm for building scalable impactful platforms should be evident in your past projects.

• Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability in working with diverse technical teams and stakeholders. Your strategic foresight and ability to craft detailed specifications for technical products have previously driven significant value.

• Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to verbally articulate your vision to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your writing is clear concise and persuasive.

• Data-Driven: You have an analytical mindset leverage data in decision-making; you have ideas about what might constitute product-market fit

• Agile Leadership: Extensive experience as a Product Owner within an Agile framework showcasing your ability to navigate through the development lifecycle effectively.

• Location: Ideally based in European time zones.
