Position Overview

As the Senior Product Manager at SingleStore responsible for Integrations, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and roadmap for the ecosystem of SingleStoreDB integrations which includes connectors to 3rd party and open-source tools, client libraries, and database APIs.  You will work closely with the Integrations engineering team as well as partner teams to execute the roadmap and drive value for SingleStore customers.

You will work with our most important customers and partners to ensure that our customers are successful using the best partner data products on the market with SingleStoreDB. Our Tableau, Power BI, OBDC, JBDC, Python, Laravel, Node.js, and HTTP API integrations are just a few examples of prior and ongoing projects that the Integrations Product Manager is responsible for.  

Role and Responsibilities

  • Create and execute on our Integrations roadmap
  • Engage current and potential customers to identify partner product integration needs and deliver solutions
  • Work closely with partners to build and optimize their integration with SingleStoreDB
  • Identify, specify, and prioritize product features and capabilities; write product requirement documents
  • Drive processes for new product releases and product life-cycle management
  • Create content for go-to-market (blogs, demos, internal training for technical sales/professional services/support, release presentations, roadmap presentations), competitive analysis, and product documentation
  • Represent SingleStore with customers, partners, and general audiences. Develop and deliver technical presentations to both internal and external audiences
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams including engineering, marketing, sales, operations, support, and finance

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Past engineering or solutions engineering experience is highly desirable
  • Deep understanding of SQL and relational database connectivity technologies
  • Track record of successful product delivery with a desire to help build a high-growth business
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering teams to deliver new products and features to specification and on schedule
  • Ability to balance customer, business, and technology considerations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
