Senior Product Manager, Integrations/Ecosystem

Postman is seeking a strategic and results-driven leader who is passionate about APIs, partnerships, ecosystems, collaboration, and developer success. 

As an ecosystem leader, you will be responsible for seeding and scaling an ecosystem to help developers create, collaborate, manage, and scale APIs on Postman.  You will begin by leading the definition, development, and success of our initial integrations with 3rd party tools and services (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Team, Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, and more) to streamline API collaboration between teams. Moreover, you will help define our broader ecosystem strategy, including our extensibility, integration frameworks, and program approach.

You are eager to get your hands dirty, doing individual contributor work to drive execution excellence across teams, yet you can naturally uplevel your strategic thinking. Your success will be measured by business impact, including active usage, user expansion, GTM, and revenue.

• Research, gather, and consolidate customer insights (both qualitative and quantitative) to inform our strategy, priorities, requirements, use cases, and roadmap
• Build world class integrations between Postman and 3rd party tools, starting with Slack, then moving into Teams, Jira, GitHub, and others
• Partner closely with your core squad (i.e., engineering, design) to deliver integrations that scale developer productivity, quality, and performance
• Streamline and scale integration adoption and usage across our ecosystem via in product, onboarding, GTM, growth experiments, and GTM
• Work cross-functionally (i.e., product, engineering, analytics, GTM, legal, PR, ecosystem, operations, etc) across Postman and partners teams to launch key initiatives, improve customer experiences, and scale success together
• Seed, grow, and scale the Postman ecosystem, extensibility, and distribution strategy and execution
• Establish frameworks, infrastructure, culture, rituals, feedback loops, and processes to deliver quality products, quickly, and towards your business goals
• Clearly and concisely communicate our strategy, internally and externally
