As a Senior Product Manager working on our Internal Tools team, you will oversee the product strategy and execution of our internal content creation tools. Our Internal Tools team builds products that empower Learning Scientists and Educational Content Developers to create content for the more than 100 courses available on Duolingo. You Will...
- Drive the strategy and roadmap for Duolingo’s internal content tools
- Lead and generate alignment across a team of software engineers, learning scientists, content developers, and UX designers to build new content creation features
- Perform qualitative research to discover and prioritize feature ideas and validate them before development
- Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
- Be responsible for hitting the key performance indicators you are entrusted with
You Have...
- A desire to make the world a better place through technology
- Experience generating outstanding results as a Product Manager at a high-performing software company
- Ability to use qualitative user insights to inform and prioritize decisions
- An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences
- Proven ability to learn fast
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative
- Experience leading complex projects and large cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, or equivalent
- Ability to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA
Exceptional Candidates Will Have...
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or equivalent
- Experience developing content management systems, or products for internal use or B2B
