Senior Product Manager - Investigator

Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team to help build the analytics engine powering Corelight’s Investigator SaaS platform. As part of this team you will work in small, cross-functional teams of engineers, UX designers, and product owners. You will focus on discovering new customer solution needs by testing the demand, usability, value, and feasibility of new ideas, as well as delivering a robust and scalable implementation of the best ideas that our customers can depend on.

In your role as Senior Product Manager you will drive the team efforts to separate good ideas from the bad, translate learnings into backlog, and drive execution to deliver against our product vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of research, company business needs, competitors/industry trends, and customer needs 
• Discover opportunities worth pursuing through rapid experimentation using prototypes, user story mapping, design sprints, and other product discovery techniques
• Act as product owner for 1 or more small teams to assess value, develop iteration plans, create and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with learnings from prior sprints, team goals, and overall product vision
• Work closely within the organization, including engineering and sales, to deliver product, evangelize Corelight, competitively position and assist sales in closing deals
• Manage effective alignment and communication across internal and partner stakeholders
• Share learnings with peers and ensure quality experience for the customer

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a PO/PM in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Highly responsible, self-motivated and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, creative environment
• Detailed, creative thinker: be able to learn new things deeply and quickly, and combine with existing knowledge to drive analysis and fact-driven decisions
• Ability to build credible relationships and influence with both highly technical stakeholders and non-technical stakeholders
• Thoughtful and methodical, but biased towards action
• Has excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal) to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with building and shipping enterprise B2B SaaS services with production deployments and good customer adoption
• Prior experience in data analytics or machine learning a strong plus
• Knowledge of cyber security operations use cases and customer challenges;  prior experience in SIEM/Log Management/EDR/NDR a plus
