This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing consumer marketplace focused on redefining how millions of people discover, plan, and shop for groceries and everyday essentials. You will lead the strategy and execution of a health-focused product area, shaping how customers make better, more informed food choices aligned with their dietary needs and wellness goals. Working within a highly collaborative product pod, you will partner closely with design, engineering, data science, research, and business stakeholders to build intuitive, scalable experiences. You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where customer empathy, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making are central. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence how millions of users interact with a mission-critical consumer platform.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Health experience within the Shopping platform, driving new initiatives from concept through launch and scaling.
  • Develop intuitive, user-centered experiences that support dietary needs, health goals, and personalized discovery through close collaboration with design and research teams.
  • Define key performance indicators and lead experimentation efforts, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, legal, privacy, and partnerships teams to deliver compliant, high-quality features at scale.
  • Translate user insights into product requirements, prototypes, and shipped features while ensuring simplicity, usability, and measurable impact.
  • Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, clearly communicate trade-offs, and prioritize initiatives to maximize customer and business outcomes.
  • Requirements:

    • 6+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing digital products with ownership across the full product lifecycle.
    • Proven success delivering zero-to-one products with measurable business or customer impact and scaling them to wide adoption.
    • Strong experience collaborating with design and user research teams to translate insights into product requirements and shipped solutions.
    • Solid analytical and experimentation skills, including defining metrics, running A/B tests, and interpreting data to inform decisions (SQL or equivalent tooling experience preferred).
    • Experience working in highly cross-functional environments and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
    • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to align technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Preferred: experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, personalization systems, or health and wellness-related products.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with top market standards, based on location.
      • Remote-first flexibility with the ability to work from home or other preferred environments.
      • Equity grants and annual refresh equity opportunities.
      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
      • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements.
      • Opportunity to build impactful products used by millions of customers.
      • Strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
      • Access to a fast-paced, innovative environment with meaningful product scope and visibility.
