Senior Product Manager - Mobile

About this Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager - Mobile to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in launching and driving the usage of our mobile app which will focus on Gia G-P's AI Advisor for HR. The app will be developed for both iOS and Android platforms and the position is fully remote within India.

What you'll do::

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the mobile app aligning with the company's goals and objectives. Define the product vision and roadmap for Gia's mobile application.

• Cross-Platform Development: Lead the development and launch of the mobile app on both iOS and Android platforms ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.

• User Engagement and Growth: Drive user acquisition engagement and retention strategies to maximize the app's reach and impact. Analyze user feedback and data to improve the app's features and functionality continuously.

• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering design marketing and customer support to deliver high-quality products on time.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and team members.

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and threats. Use insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.

• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the mobile app. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize the product.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager preferably in mobile app development.

• Strong understanding of both iOS and Android platforms.

• Experience in launching and scaling mobile applications.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote cross-functional team environment.
