The Senior Product Manager for next-gen communities is responsible for developing and executing an innovative strategy that provides best-in-class tools and experiences to power the future of the knowledge economy. The role will report to our Director of Product Management, Consumer Experience. We offer a flexible working schedule and are open to remote and local applicants.

The Impact you will make

• Develop product strategies to present to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to determine and track key business metrics and establish goals
• Own the next-gen communities roadmap end-to-end. Prioritize, and deliver on ambitious and innovative solutions
• Identify and nurture key partner relationships that provide innovative solutions for our business and customers
• Deliver short-term results and long-term strategy, forecasting impact of key initiatives 
• Work with cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful product launches
• Partner with engineering to determine the technical approach and appropriate level of scope for projects on the product roadmap
• Use sound judgment to simplify and solve complex customer or business problems 
• Sponsor user research and use it to identify and solve customer needs
• Foster an environment of constant experimentation and learning
• Establish thought leadership and provide innovative solutions in a new creator economy that is growing and evolving rapidly

Requirements
