Job Description

Team: Product

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager - Mission Control in the United States.

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on building and scaling an internal operator platform that powers critical financial operations behind the scenes. You will own the vision and execution of a mission-critical system used daily by teams across payments, risk, compliance, support, and engineering. The role is highly strategic and hands-on, combining 0-to-1 product development with long-term platform evolution. You will design tools that help internal operators work faster, make better decisions, and manage high-stakes workflows with confidence. The environment is fast-moving, detail-oriented, and deeply collaborative, requiring close partnership with engineering, design, compliance, and operational teams. This position is ideal for a product leader who thrives in complex systems and cares deeply about usability, safety, and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for a mission-critical internal operator platform supporting financial and compliance operations.
  • Build deeply user-centered tooling by understanding the workflows of internal teams such as payments, compliance, risk, customer support, and engineering.
  • Design and deliver high-quality internal products with strong attention to usability, reliability, and system integrity.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven capabilities and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload across teams.
  • Define and maintain robust controls including role-based access, audit logging, and separation of duties to ensure secure and compliant system usage.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and operations teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful product outcomes.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion product quality and design excellence in internal tools, raising the standard for operator-facing experiences.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or internal platform/enterprise tooling environments.
    • Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality internal tools, admin systems, or operator platforms used in production environments.
    • Strong understanding of complex systems, workflows, and data-driven operational environments.
    • Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical topics such as system design, data flows, and access controls.
    • Demonstrated ability to design with a strong user-centric and usability-focused mindset, even for internal enterprise users.
    • Genuine interest in applying AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in high-complexity, fast-evolving environments.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive total compensation package including base salary ranging from $200,700 to $250,900 (US-based roles), plus equity opportunities.
      • Remote flexibility across the United States and Canada depending on eligibility.
      • Equity participation as part of a long-term incentive structure.
      • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and wellness benefits.
      • Opportunity to work on high-impact, mission-critical internal platforms at scale.
      • Strong emphasis on professional growth, ownership, and career development.
      • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on high standards and operational excellence.
      • Exposure to cutting-edge AI applications in real-world operational systems.
