How you'll make an impact:


As a Senior Product Manager for Payments, you’ll own Cin7’s integration priorities including with our strategic ecosystem partners, e.g. Stripe. This role will focus on payment and lending related integrations. You will engage with customers, partners, and cross discipline teams within Cin7 to develop and execute on commercial priorities for all integrations between Cin7 and our partners. You'll be responsible for understanding and building an ongoing rhythm with ecosystem partners, navigating the competitive landscape and developing a compelling plan for Cin7 to win based upon proven past experience, technical innovation, and product vision.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Own and manage all Cin7's integration priorities for payments and lending services.
  • Engage with Product and Executives at partner organizations to drive product roadmap alignment and identify key strategic engagements to differentiate our offering in the market.
  • Ensure our integrations are built to the latest API and/or tech stack of partner solutions and delivered per plan.
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to translate requirements, partner and customer feedback into features, validate the integration approach and be a technical SME for integration scenarios.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to drive alignment and joint success with strategic partners.
  • Be accountable for overall customer experience with integrations.
  • Identify opportunities for evolving, expanding with current integrations or new integrations.
  • Lead partner conversations to address joint customer issues/errors in integration in collaboration with engineering, customer success and support organizations.
  • Track all defined deliverables from conception through launch, leveraging (and improving) established processes, tools, and communication methods.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to capture "voice of customer", gather and rank competing priorities, and improve the product integrations.
  • Define, articulate, and deliver a product strategy that has both vision and a foundation in Cin7 unique capabilities and product strengths.
  • Drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for building the ecosystem of partners with whom Cin7 integrates.
  • Actively drive and present product plans and reviews, demos, and competitive analyses with internal teams, partners, and executive leadership.
  • Help lead go-to-market activities, working closely with product marketing to ensure new capabilities are released to market with high value and drive customer usage.

Here's what you'll bring with you:

  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant work experience in a partner and customer-facing product role.
  • Experience with payment integrations from the product side (Stripe preferred).
  • Ability to independently make strategic decisions related to the product roadmap, technical architecture, and feature prioritization. Take ownership of product success and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Possess a high level of technical expertise relevant to the product domain and tech stack to work with partner, product and engineering teams as well as our internal customer success and support teams.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership within the industry and organization. Represent the company at conferences, publishes articles, and contributes to industry discussions. Shape the product management discipline within the organization.
  • Self-motivation and dedication to teammates with innovative ideas to inspire customer adoption and bias for action.
  • A curious and inventive disposition with a desire to be a little better every single day.
  • A high level of compassion, driving you to pay close attention to the needs of customers and partners.
  • Ability to handle difficult integration challenges and can point to examples of providing resolutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to find solutions .
  • Motivation and flexibility to work well in a high-growth environment where things change quickly.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
