Senior Product Manager - Payments Platform

Why this role

As a Senior Product Manager, Payments Platform, you will lead the vision, product strategy and execution of building a world class Payments platform. The Payments team is responsible for everything related to movement of money - between owners, guests, distribution partners, Evolve and state/local governments. 

We are seeking a self-starter who has experience in defining and delivering payments products and services. Successful candidates will be big thinkers who excel in dealing with ambiguity, possess strong analytical capabilities, and stellar verbal and written communication skills. They bring a strong ability for cross-functional collaboration and influencing a diverse set of leaders across Engineering, Finance, Accounting and Operations to identify opportunities and drive consensus on product investments.

What you’ll do

• Combine experience, research, and analytics to create compelling, differentiated strategies and roadmaps that drive key results for the products that you own
• Define the vision and product strategy of a world-class financial platform
• Proactively coordinate and gain alignment amongst company stakeholders, technical leaders, and other product managers to communicate product roadmap and go-to-market plans
• Build influence across cross functional teams, evangelizing data driven and user centered approach to product management
• Mentor other product managers, set and maintain a higher bar for our collective product quality

What makes you a great fit

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments or accounting systems
• Experience in accounts payables/receivables and general ledger automation is preferred
• Analytically minded. All your decisions are data-driven and supported by the data and research you’ve collected
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to form strong partnerships with design, engineering, and cross functional company leaders
• Strong competency in product/project management tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $138,000 to 159,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.

Equity: 50% of salary equivalent RSUs

Variable comp: 10% of salary target
