How you'll add value:
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define, drive, and communicate the short- and long-term product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Â
- Execution Excellence: Prioritize, design, and manage features, bugs, and technical debt to deliver high-impact solutions.Â
- Customer-Centric Design: Conduct customer interviews and market research to inform roadmap decisions and refine product strategies.Â
- Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with Engineering to plan and deliver exceptional products and with Customer Success (CS) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to gather feedback and plan effective rollouts.Â
- Visionary Leadership: Inspire and guide team members by setting clear expectations, providing mentorship, and modeling best practices in product management.Â
- Effective Communication: Present product vision, updates, and launches to stakeholders across the company, ensuring clarity and alignment.Â
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace feedback to iterate and enhance the product, maintaining a customer-first mindset.Â
- Influencing Others: Drive consensus among cross-functional teams and stakeholders, leveraging data and persuasive communication to align efforts.Â
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, engineering, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.Â
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.Â
- 5+ years of experience in HCM software focused primarily on Payroll, Tax, Compliance Â
- Experience in end-to-end payroll workflow design and optimizationÂ
- Proven track record of simplifying complex HCM processes and leading process redesign initiativesÂ
- Proven ability to create and grow products through effective prioritization and execution of ideas.Â
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies and experience meeting tight deadlines.Â
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.Â
- Experience with restaurant-specific payroll & reporting.Â
- Familiarity with payroll regulations and wage and tax laws.Â
- General knowledge of HCM industry with primary focus on payroll management technologies.Â

- This position has a salary range of $140,000 - $180,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
