About the role:
Join us to build a personalized suite of products for shoppers at leading brands. This is an opportunity to build a product from 0 to 1. You will lead the execution of the personalization product roadmap.

- Have built consumer digital experiences from the ground up
- Use data, client and shopper feedback to guide your decision-making
- Are experienced in driving the roadmap across a growing product suite through a user-centered philosophy, constant experimentation, measuring everything, and innovation
- Are an out-of-the-box problem solver with a commitment to doing high-quality work
Ultimately, you’re enthusiastic about managing products that shoppers all around the world value in their digital shopping experiences and make a meaningful difference to our clients, while being able to articulately explain what makes certain experiences incredible. Bonus points if you’ve built personalized eCommerce experiences and understand how data is at the core of all personalization!
What you will do:
- Map the product strategy and KPIs to a product roadmap, features and finally detailed user stories
- Ensure the roadmap aligns to the company strategy, as well as client and shopper needs
- Collect and analyze user research and stakeholder feedback from customers and our internal design team to inform requirements, features, new product ideas and impact
- Prioritize requests from clients and cross-functional stakeholders and write detailed user stories for top priorities.
- Gain and maintain strong knowledge of market trends, customer insights, emerging/disruptive technologies
- Partnership:
- Set expectations with stakeholders including the senior leadership team and clients
- Earn the respect of world-class engineers, designers and peers through influence, not direct authority
- Work with our UX / UI team to develop rich customer-centric experiences
- Partner with our engineering, PMO and QA teams on the execution of initiatives
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years experience managing digital products including mobile web, mobile app, and desktop/tablet
- Data-driven and analytical thinker
- Proven track record of planning and shipping successful products
- Creative problem solver with a drive for finding simple solutions
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation) to engage with users, engineers, product partners, and stakeholders at all levels
- Must be a self-motivated, well-organized individual who pays close attention to detail and is able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
- Being confident to take the initiative along with impeccable follow-up skills
- Being able to work towards goals on an individual and team level
- Startup experience a plus
