We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic Platform team. This role will primarily focus on the development and management of a unique tool designed to empower our product marketing team. This tool provides a no-code solution enabling the creation of user onboarding funnels and the execution of A/B testing experiments without the need for a development team. Essentially it combines the functionalities of a screen builder flow manager and A/B testing tool.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of B2C product marketing enabling them to effectively communicate with our customers. We are seeking a candidate who is both user-centric and business-oriented with a keen eye for identifying value in every task. A comprehensive understanding of the technical workings of the system as well as a strong grasp of building good UX within such tools is also expected.

Challenges you’ll meet:

• Customer Development: Undertake user research and gather feedback to gain a deeper understanding of user needs pain points and jobs to be done across the entire product offering.

• Business Development: Conduct market analysis to stay updated with industry trends and establish contacts with key players in the field.

• Roadmap Ownership: Establish measurable product and business goals and craft a roadmap to not only achieve but exceed these goals.

• Requirements Definition: Define and document comprehensive requirements including product requirements documents user stories and product backlog items (PBIs) to support development efforts.

• Data-Driven Prioritization: Utilize data insights and business context to prioritize effectively. Understand what will deliver the most value and create insight loops.

• Effective Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: As a team player we expect you to have excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including other product managers designers engineers analysts and marketing specialists

Required Experience:

• Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability in planning and prioritizing product roadmaps in alignment with business strategies and market trends.

• Customer Development Expertise: Proven proficiency in various methods of user feedback collection interpreting insights from end users and making informed decisions on subsequent product development as well as thorough understanding of UX principles.

• Technical Expertise : Solid understanding and experience in creating web products coupled with the ability to effectively engage with engineering teams.

• Agile Mastery: Extensive experience in managing product teams using Agile methodologies preferably Scrum with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Presentation Skills : Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind product decisions and align them with business goals.

Preferred Experience:

• Internal tools development: Demonstrated experience in constructing tools for automation internal teams operations.

• Digital Marketing Acumen : Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing operations goals and thought processes. Familiarity with the differences between organic and paid traffic as well as the distinctions between ARPU and ARPPU.
