About the role
Reports to: VP Product, Publisher
Location: Austin or New York
Cardlytics delivers a two-sided network, connecting advertisers to bank-owned channels.
This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end development of bank-facing self-service products and tools for our bank partners. Our bank partners include some of the largest banks in the US, as well as US regional banks, neo-banks, and UK-based financial institutions.
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will:
- Deeply understand the landscape of card issuing businesses at regional financial institutions and develop products that meet their needs. Rewards expertise is a plus.
- Own the product roadmap for major bank product areas, including self-serve products, tools, and regular/automated bank reporting for banks as part of supporting our bank partner lifecycle
- Partner with FI partnerships team and bank sales to jointly pitch clients on net-new bank products and tools
- Manage and unify multiple complex platform and product initiatives across the organization as part of owning our bank portals and tools
You are:

- Able to influence: your colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic
You have:
- 5+ years in a product management role or highly related experience
- Product management for financial services companies or related verticals
- Experience with external-facing partner or client portals product development
- Experience with data/reporting platforms or product development
- Experience either working at or providing services to startups
- Experience directly collaborating with technical teams to deliver a product vision
- Experience with full GTM for new products and services or large and/or complex features
- Experience with requirements delivery for products with a strong user experience component or direct-to-consumer apps
- Experience with requirements delivery of technical feature sets, such as APIs or SDKs (nice to have)
- Strong technical experience or background (nice to have)
