Prepare and implement the Plan for one or more products. Lead the cross-functional team (access, medical, finance, etc.) to maximize sales and revenue. Planning and organizing the marketing actions in the field.
In Buenos Aires (Argentina) we are looking for a Senior Product Manager.

Your day at Ferring

• Prepare annual marketing plans and monthly reviews for each of their products

• Responsible for new product launches that belong to their business units.

• Manage assigned products, defining and implementing strategies to increase the value of brands

• Responsible for the fulfillment of the monthly sales budget pre-defined for each of their products

• Prepare marketing materials for their brands in time.

• Design and adaptation of international brand strategy/plan to local market

• Develop and Implement brand plan for one or more products.

• Adaptation and development of promotional material.

• Presentation of promotional material at kick-off meetings and training of Medical Reps and/or KAMs.

• Tracking of product, market and competition. Sales analysis. Proposal of corrective actions.

• Maintain and develop active relationships with KOLs and scientific societies.

• Attendance to main scientific meetings.

• Management of promotional budget for product.

• Forecasting orders of products.

Behind our innovation... There's you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (e.g., Sciences)

• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry

• Solid knowledge of marketing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Fluent in English
