Senior Product Manager, SaaS Platform

We’re looking for a talented PM to drive the evolution of the Vectra SaaS platform: working with other product managers and stakeholders to developing a clear perspective on need, prioritizing & driving delivery with engineering, and working internal and external stakeholders on rollout.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the evolution of the Vectra SaaS platform into a best-in-class SaaS platform enabling hyper-growth

• Identify and prioritize product requirements based on strategic direction, stakeholders’ requirements and analytical data

• Manage product backlog and work closely with engineering & UX during the development phase (in product owner role) to monitor progress, resolve design issues and deliver high-quality releases

• Support & drive compliance programs such as FedRAMP and SOC2

• Deliver best-in-class experiences for service lifecycle, resilience, and health monitoring and reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise product management experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel

• Proven record of successfully driving products, services or features from concept to adoption

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and across geographies with multiple stakeholders

• Strong cloud, SaaS and service delivery experience

• A technical background in software development is a plus

• Experience with FedRAMP or SOC2 is a strong plus
