Senior Product Manager - Service Products

ABOUT TRUEBILL 🔮

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the product and design team and help define the next generation of our concierge. You’ll build features and services that equip members with a personal finance assistant and help members take control of their finances. You’ll work closely with our operations teams to help them deliver an amazing customer experience for our members. You’ll be a key player in the future of Truebill as we build towards our goal to meaningfully improve the financial lives of millions of people.

ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️

• Own and define the product strategy and roadmap for our concierge services, including optimizing our existing Bill Negotiation and Subscription Cancellation products and introducing new offerings that provide users value
• Partner with operations stakeholders to identify ways to optimize internal processes for the benefit of our customers and to meet broader company goals
• Deliver a top-notch in-app user experience driven by conversion and retention
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify product opportunities
• Perform A/B tests and rapidly iterate using customer feedback
• Determine KPIs and deliver measurable impact every month
• Partner with compliance, engineering, design, support and analytics teams to build software collaboratively and inclusively

ABOUT YOU 🦄

You bring deep empathy but can effectively prioritize with limited resources. You have experience working with internal operations teams and are a natural problem solver. You’ll bring a sense of urgency that matches the incredible opportunity we have ahead of us.

• 3-5 years experience as a product manager or product owner
• Energized by the opportunity to work at a fast-growing startup in a cross-functional environment
• An owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff
• Passion for our mission: helping improve the financial lives of millions of people
• Strong collaboration in team environments but able to act quickly as the decision-maker
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
• Prior fintech experience a plus but not required
