Senior Product Manager (SIEM, SOAR)

The Role: In this position, you will lead cross-functional teams to build threat intelligence integrations into top SIEM and SOAR platforms. You will bring experience working in these platforms, specifically Splunk and Palo Alto XSOAR to build next-generation integrations. Combining your technical knowledge and understanding customer needs, you will design and work with the engineering team to implement new solutions. This includes building out playbooks in a hands-on capacity as well as designing new capabilities for customers.
What you will do as a Senior Product Manager
Recorded Future Intelligence produces accurate and actionable intelligence at scale, delivered in real-time. This includes distilling actionable insights from over 1M sources including deep and dark web, open web, and technical feeds.Â
In this role, you will bring deep expertise in common SIEM and SOAR platforms and their use of threat intelligence to the product team to help operationalize our intelligence. Working with the product managers for SOC and threat intelligence, you will be responsible for adding field expertise in SIEM and SOAR platforms. You will be hands-on in building out playbooks, SIEM integration correlations, and documentation as well as working with the engineering teams to build new integration capabilities. This will be a customer-facing role to ensure that the capabilities we build meet the customer needs to drive incremental revenue.Â
What you will bring to the Senior Product Manager role:
- Experience working in customer-facing roles
- Technical expertise in common SIEM and SOAR platforms, especially Splunk and Palo Alto XSOAR, especially experience configuring and building in these platforms
- Strong analytical skills. You are someone who loves to dive into a spreadsheet and find a pattern
- Excellent project management skills with the Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects including both your own tasks and a cross-functional teamÂ
- Passion for threat intelligence and its ability to improve the incident response, SOC, and threat hunting analystsÂ
Additional Information
- Travel requirements 10-20% to other offices, customer locations, and events
