Senior Product Manager, Social & Creator Products
Job Description
We are looking to add a Senior Product Manager to Squarespace's Social & Creator Products organization. You will lead a team that builds Unfold, a mobile app for creators, allowing them to publish, edit, and monetize content. You'll improve existing product experiences, work on new features that redefine the future of our social products, and reinforce Squarespace's mission of being an all-in-one platform.
You will report to a Group Product Manager and will work (hybrid) at our office in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Create and prioritize a roadmap rooted in data, informed by multiple sources and justified by return on investment
- Guide product development—from conception to launch—with consideration for more than just your specific team, but also adjacent teams and the broader SQSP ecosystem
- Be a single mutually supporting-force with your partners in design, engineering, UX research, and product analytics
- Partner with marketing to launch new products, with customer operations to develop excellent support for customers, and with analytics to monitor engagement and evaluate product success
- Work with other PMs and data partners (analytics, data science, marketing) to seek out answers to data questions that impact multiple teams
- Set OKRs for your teams with your engineering and design counterparts and contribute to the process of setting broader group goals
- Influence and inform team/group strategy through passionate and well-reasoned presentation of ideas
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, managing software products from creation through launch and iteration (ideally, with consumer-facing tech products)
- Demonstrated experience building world-class mobile products, ideally focusing on monetization or growth strategies
- A nuanced understanding of the methods of modern product discovery, product delivery, and user segmentation
- Experience leading cross-team research studies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align different teams around achieving business goals and outstanding user experiences
Benefits & Perks
- Health insurance with 100% covered premiums for you and your dependent children
- Fertility and adoption benefits
- Headspace mindfulness app subscription
- Retirement benefits with employer match
- Flexible paid time off
- Up to 20 weeks of paid family leave
- Equity plan for all employees
- Commuter benefit in the form of reduced tax
- Education reimbursement
- Employee donation match to community organizations
- 6 Global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Free lunch and snacks
- Close proximity to cultural landmarks such as Dublin Castle and St. Patrick's Cathedral
