Senior Product Manager (Software)

Position Purpose: This role is a business value multiplier, focused on maximizing business gains for every IT dollar invested. Create and own features that support product strategy and IT delivery. Lead the direction and focus of engineering and user experience teams.

Identify feature enhancements, manage associated backlog and roadmap to maximize business outcomes

Lead engineering on driving out a technical design, estimates and the delivery

Lead UX on driving out design and validate user flows and interfaces

Define success metrics and measurement plan

Responsible for the entire lifecycle of a product cradle to grave

Identify and align to external dependencies

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or equivalent experience. 4+ years of related product management experience in a health insurance, health provider, or IT industry.
