The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead a substantial company initiative to unify the technology platforms across our acquired clinics. This role will serve as the vital nexus between clinical, operational and technological decision-making, where the successful candidate will work collaboratively to scope, design and build unified capabilities.Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, overseeing the entire lifecycle of the initiative, leading across a diverse set of teams, stakeholders and functions, and defining the product roadmap. You will develop the feature backlog and manage dependencies across teams. You should be able to negotiate scope and priorities with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the broader business goals.As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate a strong background in product management, with experience managing large scale initiatives in the healthcare industry. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary, as you will often serve as a bridge between technology and non-technical teams. Your strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities will help us improve the lives of our care teams and members by unifying and streamlining our care operations. What you'll work on: As the Senior Product Manager over this critical Integration initiative, you’ll shape the next generation of One Medical’s patient experience and care navigation. Specifically, you will:- Define requirements in partnership w/ strategic, operational and clinical teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of our member and provider experience in order to improve care delivery and efficiency.
- Own a product strategy and roadmap to deliver on One Medical’s Integration needs
- Promote product and engineering best practices by engaging with engineers on the team’s technical roadmap.
- Lay out a thoughtful, well-crafted user experience strategy working closely with design and UX research to understand MVP and future user flows.
- Continue to improve One Medical’s member engagement and retention by building products people love!
You’ll need:
- 6+ years working on a high-performing product development team in an agile environment
- 3+ years experience within healthcare with an emphasis on Provider and Care Team technology
- 3+ years experience building large, scaled products
- Ability to demonstrate strong product sense and intuition, landing on thoughtful problem hypotheses, and being able to lead their teams to extensible, scalable solutions
- Demonstrated skill at guiding design/development teams through scoping and tradeoff decisions
- Demonstrated skill at influencing and leading without direct authority
- Ability to use analytics and user research to drive feature and roadmap strategy
- Experience with experimentation and user research

This is a full-time role based anywhere in the United States.
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $200,000**. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, RSUs, and/or benefits.
