SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

As part of the DX Product Management team, you are responsible for driving adoption and growth of Pure’s subscription offerings. Strong product management, GTM strategy, financial modeling, and operations background is highly desirable. The role requires strong business acumen and the ability to help manage a P&L and drive both the top line and bottom line. 

As part of your responsibilities you will: 

  • Work closely with product management leadership to build and execute a strategy to grow Pure’s subscription offerings.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, Sales and Marketing to identify, define, and articulate a winning go-to-market model and own sales and partner enablement for your product.
  • Develop formal mechanisms to capture ongoing customer and field feedback to understand key issues, needs and trends in the install base. 
  • Engage with sales teams and channel partners to support the sales process and drive the overall customer engagement model.
  • Be a key spokesperson and evangelist for Pure and be able to deliver compelling presentations to a wide variety of internal and external audiences. 
  • Create and deliver both business and technical presentations to customers, partners, and a wide array of Puritans.
  • Assess the competitive and market landscape and accurately predict trends.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 5+ Years of Product Management or Consulting experience.
  • Good understanding of business and the ability to think analytically
  • Bachelor's degree minimum. MBA preferred.
  • Intellectual curiosity, a winning mindset and a strong sense of ownership
  • Have a good understanding of cloud (IaaS, PaaS or SaaS) business models.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
  • Creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic leadership and strong business acumen.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Must have knowledge in market and competitive analysis and ability to create addressable market models.
  • You will be a key spokesperson for the Product Management team so you must be able to deliver compelling presentations to a wide variety of internal and external audiences
