Senior Product Manager (Support/Internal Tools)

Alma is seeking a mission-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our Support and Internal Tools squad. The Support / Internal Tools squad will introduce tools and resources that decrease providers’ (and ultimately, clients’) reliance on the CX team, and allows for providers and clients to more easily answer questions, or solve problems without the support of an Ops member. Additionally, the squad will be responsible for maturing our operational processes (particularly for the activation and CX teams) by implementing new internal tooling that allows for increased operational efficiencies.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting a product strategy, identifying a near-term roadmap, and leading a cross-functional squad of individuals to improve our Support and Internal Tools products. 

The ideal person for this role loves to collaborate with engineering and cross-department stakeholders to solve challenging problems and build highly-scalable solutions that translate into trusted and streamlined customer experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with internal business and operational stakeholders to identify new opportunities to serve our customers better and bring technology-enabled innovations to the platform.
• Drive the product roadmap and set feature priorities through data-driven and customer-centric considerations to achieve the strategic goals and support the company's growth, working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and analysts.
• Define, track, and analyze overall performance and financial, customer, and operational metrics.

Who you are:

• You have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong desire to own a product strategy and roadmap
• You possess a clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization.
• You are adept at agile methodologies and taking an iterative approach to problem solving
• You have a history of balancing quantitative data against intuition in decision-making and successes.

Salary Band: $140,000-$160,000

Alma’s compensation philosophy is driven by our company value of building equity.
