About the Team
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Workday's Core Compensation Product Management team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will tap into your deep product knowledge to provide functional expertise and guidance as well as partner with cross-functional teams across Workday on strategic initiatives.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated problem solver and passionate collaborator to fill the role of Senior Product Manager on the Core Compensation Product Management team.
This position is based out of our Atlanta, GA office. We operate with a hybrid model.
The Senior Product Manager supports the product team and our business in many critical areas. To be successful in this role, you will:
- Leverage a deep understanding of products, tools, and frameworks to coordinate, prioritize, and develop enhancements for your functional area.
- Serve as the representative for development and cross-organization initiatives taking place outside of their owned functional domain, providing guidance and direction to impacted teams.
- Lead new initiatives around process and procedure enhancements.
- Ensure the scalability of designs - allowing for iterative solutions that meet both short and long term customer needs.
- Support and guide Services teams as needed on critical customer deployments for specific product areas.
- Analyze customer requests and usage data to make recommendations on design and prioritization.
- Manage features at all stages of the product life cycle from inception through deprecation.
- Mentor and coach Associate Product Managers.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience designing, building, and implementing enterprise cloud applications as a SaaS product manager
- Functional experience in the area of compensation or benefits
Other Qualifications
We'll be evaluating candidates across these various qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of HCM Products and Touchpoints
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, organize, and execute across teams
- Ability to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycle
- Prior experience in extension of product to international markets
