We are seeking an experienced, dynamic product manager with extensive knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry to join our global product team. This crucial role demands a strategic thinker with deep market insights and an unwavering commitment to creating solutions that meet and exceed our users' needs. 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the go-to-market team to unlock new capabilities for customers, addressing their challenges innovatively.
  • Align with our Chief Product Officer to sculpt the product roadmap, leveraging your market acumen and awareness of the competitive landscape.
  • Transform market insights and customer feedback into actionable product strategies and initiatives.
  • Engage in rigorous customer and market research, incorporating findings directly into product development.
  • Thrive within a diverse team of data scientists, medical professionals, and business experts dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare.

What We Require:

  • Healthcare Savvy: Intimate knowledge of US healthcare systems, regulations, and dynamics.
  • Proven PM Expertise: Strong background in managing software products from ideation to market launch, including experience in startups or high-growth companies.
  • Intellectual Agility: High IQ and analytical prowess for complex problem-solving and innovation.
  • Intrinsic Motivation: Demonstrated conscientiousness and resilience, driving for results and impact.
  • Eloquence in Communication: Exceptional ability to convey intricate concepts effectively.
  • This is a remote position, based on EST / CT time zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A background in healthcare analytics and VBC physician practices.
  • Proven success in launching new products in the market (zero to one).
  • Comprehensive experience in product marketing beyond internal tool product ownership.
  • Experience working in a global team and management experience.
