Role:Â Senior Product Manager, US Product and PartnershipsÂ

What you’ll bring Â
- Work with senior stakeholders in commercial, engineering, data science and trading to define a product vision and roadmap strategy for the vertical product and emerging channels we build toward
- Document requirements and build collateral that describes the product feature set
- Create unified roadmaps with stakeholders across departments, communicating progress and changes proactively
- Promote your product and support GTM activities to train, drive engagement and help sellers in monetizing the productÂ
- Provide executive reporting on goals, metrics and key deliverables
- Help cultivate the product culture of the team and company, driving adoption of best practices and principles of product management
- Build, grow and mentor a team of high performing junior and senior product managers
- A can-do attitude, with a dream to grow alongside us.
- Well versed in end-to-end product development, deployment and GTM cycles of product management
- Solid track record of delivering on big releases
- Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, especially programmatic buying across channels is required
- Knowledge of buy-side in campaign management is highly desirable
- At least 3 years experience of managing product managers and 6 years in product management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills to communicate on progress and impact

Pay Transparency
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $140,000-$180,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ’s Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
