Senior Product Manager (Verify)

This role offers the opportunity to shape mobile operator authentication carrier‑grade identity verification and intelligent risk assessment driving innovation that protects millions of users worldwide.

What you will do:

• (Primary) Own SDK strategy and roadmap for Verify. Lead mobile app definition and delivery to support verification services.

• (Secondary) Drive roadmap for Silent Auth SMS Voice WhatsApp RCS Email OTP and carrier APIs. Partner with engineering to enhance APIs for evolving security and operator integration.

• Gather requirements conduct user research and analyze CIAM and carrier identity trends. Identify opportunities in AI‑powered fraud prevention.

• Work with developer experience UX/UI engineering security compliance and carrier relations to ensure standards usability and operator partnerships.

• Monitor CPaaS/IAM landscape AI/ML applications and regulatory changes. Contribute to product positioning and messaging.

What you'll bring:

• Strong technical foundation in SDKs APIs mobile apps and identity/authentication flows.

• Experience managing product backlogs collaborating with developer relations and applying Agile practices.

• Exposure to CPaaS IAM 2FA/MFA carrier services and AI/ML in fraud detection.

• Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS or related field.

• 1-3 years in product management solutions or technical consulting.

• Hands‑on with SDKs developer tools mobile apps and authentication technologies.

• Preferred: telecom/carrier experience mobile auth protocols (OIDC OAuth2 SAML) AI/ML in fraud detection regulatory knowledge.
