Senior Product Manager-Web

The Hoag Digital Health team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and vision of our Hoag.org online experiences. She will work closely with UI/UX Design and Engineering teams, as well as partners with adjacent clinical and IT teams across the organization to deliver experiences to transform Hoag’s online web presence to be more consumer patient focused. The Senior Product Manager is an integral part of a highly cross-functional team working with world class medical professionals, designers, and engineers to help innovate Hoag’s online web experiences. She must be familiar with trends and patterns that provide the best consumer web experiences and how those can be translated into solutions for problems in the healthcare space from a web experience point-of-view.

Education and Experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Seven (7) plus years of product management experiences within leading consumer products and/or health-tech organizations, experience with consumer-based website experience a big plus
• Demonstrated increasing product responsibilities and product ownership
• Comfortable working in a start-up like mentality and high-paced, fast-changing work environment
• Experience driving digital product development from ideation through go-to-market, experience launching consumer-based web experiences a big plus
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmap, and delivering on continuous product improvements
• Experience using Agile product development methodologies, working with both internal and external engineering teams
• Proven ability to bring analytical thinking to product planning
• Proven ability to consider all scenarios and details when writing detailed business and product requirements for UI/UX designers and software engineering teams
• Experience directly or in-directly leading junior product managers
• Excellent meeting facilitation, written, verbal, and presentation skills required
