Senior Product Manager-Women's Health & Wellness

The Hoag Digital Health team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and vision of our Women’s Health and Wellness experiences and execute on the digital products. She will work closely with UI/UX Design and Engineering teams, as well as partners with adjacent clinical and IT teams across the organization to deliver experiences and products that will shape the future of Hoag’s Women’s Health and Wellness healthcare. The Senior Product Manager is an integral part of a highly cross-functional team working with world class medical professionals, designers, and engineers to help innovate and address the challenging problems within the women’s health and wellness space. She must be comfortable working in white space to identify the best problem space in women’s health and wellness for Hoag to tackle through digital solutions and find problem solution and problem market fit to deliver the best digital experiences for women.

Education and Experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Seven (7) plus years of product management experiences within leading consumer products and/or health-tech organizations, experience with women’s health or women’s wellness digital experiences is a big plus
• Demonstrated increasing product responsibilities and product ownership
• Comfortable working in a start-up like mentality and high-paced, fast-changing work environment
• Experience driving digital product development from ideation through go-to-market, experience launching a net new digital product to market a big plus
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmap, and delivering on continuous product improvements
• Experience using Agile product development methodologies, working with both internal and external engineering teams
• Proven ability to bring analytical thinking to product planning
• Proven ability to consider all scenarios and details when writing detailed business and product requirements for UI/UX designers and software engineering teams
• Experience directly or in-directly leading junior product managers
• Excellent meeting facilitation, written, verbal, and presentation skills required
