The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record to lead product marketing for our new volunteer management solution. In this role you will be responsible for everything from positioning, messaging and buyer personas to sales enablement, influencer relations and everything in between. This role will report to the Vice President of Product Marketing and partner closely with leadership across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to develop a go-to-market strategy that meets our product and overall growth objectives.
What You Will Do
- Define ideal customer profile and segmentation strategies
- Conduct primary research and create buyer personas
- Document the buyer’s journey and create message map
- Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates from alternative solutions
- Mine for testimonials, data, and other proof points that reinforce our position and message.
- Craft a product narrative that articulates the value of our solution and how it fits into our broader portfolio message
- Own product and feature launches and lead cross-functional team to launch readiness
- Work with Sales leadership to develop message training and enablement materials that support the sales motion
- Develop sales enablement materials tailored to the needs of our Channel PartnersÂ
- Monitor the competition and provide insight and analysis. Identify our strengths and weaknesses and arm the sales team with the plays and tactics to win.
- Support pricing and packaging decisions with research and market insights
- Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
- Define thought leadership opportunities and support content creation
- Develop briefing materials and serve as point of contact for analysts and influencers
- Measure product/feature adoption and usage and refine go-to-market strategies as needed
What You Need to Succeed
- 7+ years of product marketing experience along with a strong track record in a SaaS environmentÂ
- Proactive individual able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environmentÂ
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and manage cross-functionallyÂ
- Strong presentation skills and ability to concisely and clearly communicate ideasÂ
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skillsÂ
- Ability to understand industry concepts and product information and transform into compelling messages and marketing strategies that drive results. Â
- Highest level of professionalism and accuracy when representing the Bloomerang brand Â
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or market research Â
- Knowledge of volunteer programs and experience in the non-profit space is a plus

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $111,500 - $151,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.Â
