What We Are Looking For:

Bandwidth is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager that will own our product messaging, deliver sales enablement documentation and research the market for the Global Messaging solution portfolio (SMS, MMS, and future OTT Messaging APIs). You will be aligned as a strategic partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. You will take ownership of team, departmental, and operational objectives and your personal targets. You'll be responsible for both defining the strategy and delivering enablement materials, marketing collateral, research documentation, and effective training programs for the key products that serve our target markets. You will consistently monitor our competition, become an expert on our market and your assigned solution areas, and ensure our Revenue teams (Sales/Marketing/Business Development) are well-equipped and aligned to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, you will play a key role in support of product and feature launches, executing plans to build and accelerate pipeline as part of our global marketing strategy. A data-driven marketer, you will constantly monitor sales and industry trends, and support our holistic go-to-market strategy, applying business acumen and an analytical mindset within your everyday practice.

What You'll Do:

  • Become a specialist in your portfolio of solutions, commanding expertise on how those solutions address key business pain points for our prospects and customers
  • Actively research our market and competitors, informing stakeholders across the organization on market changes and providing insights that influence business decisions
  • Support the successful market launch of new and enhanced products
  • Gather information necessary to build, maintain, and optimize value propositions and messaging pillars for assigned solution area(s)
  • Own the creation of all necessary demand generation and sales enablement tools, such as: competitive analysis and battlecards, positioning docs, call scripts, product collateral, pitch decks, demos, videos, press releases, etc.
  • Reviews top wins and losses by solution area, delivering data-driven insights to the broader organization
  • Attend customer meetings to gather direct feedback on our products and share that feedback when appropriate with other internal teams
  • Attend industry events to remain current on overall market conditions, customer needs and competitive landscape
  • Act as a product spokesperson in support of training, demand creation, tradeshow, and analyst relations activities.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years of prior marketing experience, with 2-3 of those in a product/solution marketing or related market-facing role.
  • Advanced understanding of the product launch cycle, the marketing funnel, and how solution marketing helps achieve revenue targets through successful launches for solutions.
  • The ability to travel up to 20% is required.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business/Communications, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Telecommunications or Communications Software industry experience is a plus.
