The Opportunity

We are seeking a principal product marketer to join our team and grow services for our Services Marketing program within Adobe Professional Services

In this position, you will be helping define and lead our go-to-market strategy. This includes, but not limited to, creating the core customer-facing messaging and assets for services product launches. You will develop collateral (datasheets, brochures, whitepapers, presentations, case studies), sales enablement, interactive demonstrations and multimedia presentations, and other content to accelerate the business and product vision.

We are looking for a person who is curious and a fast learner and who also has a creative approach to problem-solving. We believe that someone who is both analytical and empathetic in using data and customer insights to derive meaningful trends, overall market and competitive strategy, and go-to-market priorities will excel in this role.

What you'll Do

Go-To-Market Execution

In this position, you will drive the go-to-market strategy for part of our services portfolio and new customer audiences. This includes, but not limited to, creating the core customer-facing messaging and assets for offer launches.

Thought Leadership

You will drive thought leadership initiatives to showcase Adobe Professional Services' unique expertise within services strategy, technology and adoption. This includes developing content strategy and moderating customer events (such as webinars and roundtables).

Content Development

You will develop and own content for services initiatives, including proactive account-based marketing storytelling and strategy, services collateral (datasheets, brochures, whitepapers, presentations, case studies), sales enablement, updates to the internal sales collateral portal, interactive demonstrations and multimedia presentations, and other content that you deem vital to accelerate the business and the services vision.

Internal Enablement

You will also play a key role in partnering and training teams across sales, customer success and business operations to ensure that services offer launches are successful.

Cross-Team Collaboration

You will collaborate with product management on market requirements and research for services offerings.

About you

Proven track record in product marketing or management. Be able to display success developing solutions that solve significant business problems with quantifiable outcomes. This person will come from either a services, product management, product marketing or product strategy background and have developed their skills in either a software technology vendor, a services or support organization, or represented a leading provider of services or products working with Fortune 2000 firms.

  • 5-6+ years of experience in product marketing or product management
  • Shown success in influencing decisions at Senior Level
  • Extraordinary written communication skills: able to consolidate sophisticated ideas into clear, succinct executive summaries.
  • Proven success as an internal and external evangelist for product(s) or product line(s) by creating compelling messages and demonstrating the benefits and capabilities.
  • Leadership with the ability to build consensus and drive decision making across multiple business units or matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, other marketing technologies, is a plus
  • Technology experience preferred
  • Experience with enterprise software, support models and strategies
  • Willing to travel 10%

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $143,200 -- $236,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
