Senior Product Marketing Manager

Have you got what it takes?

• 7+ years of B2B product marketing, product management, or analytics roles 
• Lead contributor on tier 1 Analysts Reports (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) 
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and Generative AI concepts and their applications in the CX and CCaaS market. 
• Experience building public-facing presentations with high attention to detail for marketing events, sales organizations, or executive presentations. 
• Demonstrated ability to work across functions within Marketing, Product and Sales, building relationships to drive results. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights. 

How will you make an impact?  

• ​ Lead the preparation of responses to analyst questionnaires and surveys related to AI  
• Unique blend of marketing acumen, product expertise, and technical understanding 
• Liaison between NICE CXone and industry analysts firms focusing on AI and innovation 
• Responsible for effectively communicating NICE CXone’s AI capabilities, thought leadership, and vision to key analysts 
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop compelling content and messaging 
• Coordinate and prepare NICE CXone executives for analyst briefings, interviews, and presentations. 
• Analyze large datasets from the CXone platform to identify trends, insights, and patterns related to customer interactions. 
• Lead the creation of thought leadership content, including whitepapers, research reports, and large-scale data analysis projects 
• Coordinate and manage participation in key analyst events, webinars, and conferences.
