About Linea
Linea is the zkEVM ecosystem that empowers web3 dapps to thrive. We do this by connecting dapps to MetaMask’s native web3 users driving ecosystem engagement delivering technical excellence and creating the most robust security system in web3. With over 1M monthly active users 300 dapps and $380M+ saved on gas fees Linea is working toward making web3 safe and approachable for everyone.
We have a very exciting opportunity for an independent Senior Product Marketing Manager who can take on the challenge of growing the Linea ecosystem and scaling it to a broader audience.
What you’ll do

Ecosystem product marketing:
-
Together with the Product Marketing and Business Development teams work towards realizing to the long-term vision and strategy for Linea’s ecosystem based on a deep understanding of the market opportunity and trends user segments and needs and competitor offerings.

Gather market intelligence and carry out competitive analysis to determine how to most effectively grow the Linea ecosystem.

Help develop Linea’s value proposition and messaging to drive awareness and usage across Web3.

Partner with a cross-functional teams to land product-centric value propositions and messaging on external channels.

Go-to-market strategy

Develop the GTM plan for diverse ecosystem initiatives from strategy to execution.

Lead marketing campaign and project management for your GTM with support from cross-functional marketing teams.

Identify innovative ideas to engage partners attract user participation drive cross-product opportunities and reach campaign objectives.

Understand the most valuable channels to reach and bring the target audience into action. Create relevant collateral to make this happen.

Work with the Growth team to create ongoing life-cycle marketing plans and constantly optimise to reach ambitious targets.

Other day-to-day activities

Partner with cross-functional teams to bring your GTM to life.

Diagnose business issues and resolve them through analytical decision-making.

Manage budgets to achieve your business objectives.

Manage external partnerships.

Would be great if you brought this to the role
-
An excellent understanding of web3 in either a professional or personal capacity.
-
6+ years of product marketing experience bringing new tech product offerings to market focused on driving partner and user growth. You are comfortable bringing a product from 0 to 1 and then from 1 to 100.

Experience with building end-to-end go-to-market plans including crafting compelling positioning messaging and user-facing content based on insights and learnings to compel users to take an action at various stages of their journey.

Life-cycle marketing focused on a full-funnel approach: from driving awareness to acquisition to retention and loyalty. You are analytical and can translate data into impactful insights to increase success. You can interpret product and market signals make data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing strategies over time.

Proven experience to bring innovative solutions and ideas to solve complicated challenges.

Identify critical priorities that lead to growth opportunities.

Ability to effectively build cross-functional relationships and work with a large variety of stakeholders as well as motivate diverse teams and functions to produce high-quality outcomes.

Excellent communication skills and an inherently collaborative nature.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Things move fast in web3 and also at Consensys.

Product Marketing experience in web3.

Experience working with a large number of partners for co-marketing opportunities.
