Senior Product Marketing Manager
Job Description
- Base Pay Range: $91,000 - $105,000
- On Target Earnings: $130,000 - 150,000
- Equity Compensation: 0.02%
- Variable Frequency - QuarterlyÂ
- Hybrid in New York, Fully Remote in US and Canada
- 20 days ( sick, holidays, personal days ) + 7 holidays (or statutory holidays in home country)

From determining positioning and crafting messaging to leading go-to-market planning launches and, in-life programs, you excel at generating excitement in the market for new offerings and help grow a loyal customer base of raving fans. This means you’ll be working with people across the team from marketing and engineering to sales and customer success to align the value of what’s being delivered with the jobs to be done by our customers. In this role you’ll own the product marketing strategy from beginning to end.Â
A strong strategic thinker and writer, the product marketing manager will also be responsible for development of product briefs, competitive positioning, internal product training content, and external communication strategy for launches and in-market programs. This will require the manager to be constantly monitoring competitive activity, identifying customer needs and interacting with engineering, operations, and sales to bring innovative new products to market.Â
As a Product Marketing Manager you will:Â
â—Ź Research buyer behavior and market opportunitiesÂ
Own and represent the voice of the customer across the organization. Amongst other deliverables, this manifests as differentiated messaging, positioning and audience segmentation that is leveraged across the organization, for internal and external use
Establish and manage a framework for launching and communicating new products, features and services to existing and prospective customers
Develop and drive a customer reference program to curate and showcase the success that customers are having across various industries and use casesÂ
â—Ź Possess expert knowledge of the competitive landscape. Develop and maintain sales tools and resources for the sales team to tell the storyÂ
â—Ź Work with members of the marketing team across content, design and web development to plan and execute new product launch campaignsÂ
â—Ź Collaborate with engineering to help align marketing priorities and programs with the product and business roadmapÂ
To be an effective team member, you will have:Â
- Â College/University degree preferably in marketing/businessÂ
- Â 7+ years product marketing experience in SaaS
- Â Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skillsÂ
- Experience formulating product messaging and creating outbound marketing
- Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in teams of varying sizes, and during nebulous creative processesÂ
- Experience working closely with engineering, sales and customer success teamsÂ
- An eye for detail and design
