The Position:
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, this is an exciting new role for our team, reporting into the Director of Product Marketing, Emerging Sports. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will execute the overall strategy in your designated sport and segments. In this role, you will provide market analysis, knowledge, and input to guide the product strategy and roadmap of our product groups, driving marketing efforts around product changes and launches.
What You'll Do:
- Articulate the market opportunity, insights and product positioning by tapping into your in-depth knowledge of our market, customers and competition.
- Champion our products internally and externally by contributing to product marketing plans and results to support the overall plan of growing our reach within these new product spaces.
- Combine product thinking, data analysis, segmentation, positioning, naming, and go-to-market planning to bring new products and experiences to our customers.
- Collaborate across internal teams to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
- Execute marketing strategy and content for your designated sport and segments.
- Partner with marketing on development and implementation of ongoing product marketing and communications and assess effectiveness of the programs, pivoting the program as needed.
- Support Director of Product Marketing in creating plans for each quarter and fiscal year aligned with marketing, brand and business goals and drive alignment across all parts of the business.Â
- Lead work that has an impact on how we develop, evolve and market our products, including product positioning, naming, messaging, strategy, and value propositions
- Execute our go-to-market strategy for new products and features, and partner with other internal Marketing teams to build full-funnel marketing plans that drive awareness, product adoption and retention.
- Manage steps toward successful product launch including acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
Who You Are:
- 5-7+ years of experience in Product marketing, and/or Product Management. Retail or SaaS experience preferred; basic knowledge of sports required.
- Experience in building go-to-market strategies, You use data to identify problems, find opportunities, and drive improvement in our marketing and growth efforts
- Partner closely with product management to understand in detail our product vision and upcoming functionality, and determine how best to communicate this externally. Contribute to our product’s future with your expertise on our market and customers.
- Ability to manage positive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, external partners and Sr. Leadership.
- Change-ready - you understand that things constantly evolve and can flawlessly adapt and excel within a hyper-growth environment.
- Team player, you are detail oriented with a sense of excitement both internally and externally for your products and our company.

The target salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $135,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
